Hi! Congrats!!!!

What does breakfast lunch and dinner look like for you?

I would like to get examples to compare against mine.

Thanks!

I am very strict with what I eat as far as eating naturally and organically and I don't like a whole lot of the products but this is what I have done.....
Breakfast: Chocolate or dark chocolate pudding (less carbs than drink) with some instant coffee, caramel or coconut extract and a TBSP of coconut oil
Snack: Hard boiled egg with some seasoning or just plain
Lunch: A soup with 2 cups veggies in it or a shake with a salad or cucumbers and some organic canned chicken and take my shake mid afternoon.
Dinner: Meat and veggies
Snack: Pudding with TBSP of coconut oil and extracts for a little more flavor

I know. Kinda boring but I will eat like this for a week, get bored and then do something else. LOL
I'm a teacher so it's easy for me to make a big thing of something on Sundays or grab and go. I eat breakfast at 5:45-6 and lunch at 10:40 so that why I divide my meat up throughout the day. Protein keeps you fuller longer but I always eat 2 cups of veggies at lunch and then at dinner.
I'm not starving anymore. I drink a lot of water. I always have so that is not a problem.
I hate WF and hate all the chemicals that they use. I make my own dressings when I do eat salad.

I won't make any muffins, breads, or any recipes using packets that will remind me of the original. I don't want to eat pancakes, pastas, breads, muffins, cakes, etc when I reach goal cause that's what got me here in the 1st place so I'm not going to make those a habit. I'm just leaving that stuff behind except for special occasions.
