oh i feel like such a failure..
i was on ideal protein from mid july 2012 until about mid september and i lost around 30 lbs.. i was so happy and i felt so confident.. i then started to work out and i got a bigger appetite..

i completely let myslf go during the holidays and i'm pretty sure i gained all of the weight back.. im too scared to face the scale

i really do feel like a failure..
im back here for inspiration i'm starting tomorrow Sunday.
this time i'll be smart about gradually getting off the program.. i figured that was my mistake..

wish me luck
you all were, and still are an inspiration

The first step is always the hardest. You can do it again and will learn from the past. What's done is done and notHing is left but your willingness to make the changes you need to for your health.
We are ALL behind you!

Count me in on the reboot! Funny thing got in the way of project me....LIFE! I was with in 20 pounds of my goal but the loss of a marriage, change in jobs twice...lately, all I want is carbs. I've learned that I am addicted to them and have simply sought comfort in them;much like any "druggie". WRONG thing to do. I've learned my lesson, I know where I went wrong. Monday will be a brighter day!

Sometimes we learn our lessons the hard way, I also know that I'm an emotional eater, now I have the control over it

Default Reboot

I'm with ya.

I lost 40lbs last spring and I've regained about 10-15. All of the clothes I bought last summer are just a little too tight.

I'm going to reboot today too!

We can do it - - we know what it takes and we LOVE the results

What does the reboot consist of. Is it starting at phase 1 again?

I gained about 25 pounds this past year and am starting ideal protein for the second time tomorrow. Not sure if I am posting in the right forum but I feel so ashamed and emberassed and just disappointed in myself. I don't know how I could let this happen.

Yes, like Sara says, join us in the reboot thread: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/idea...yone-else.html

The more the merrier I say. We can get through this together. I stopped before I even got to my desired halfway point and still have quite a long ways to go. I hope to be 2/3rds or so to my goal before phasing down in anticipation of my birthday and vacationing at the end of summer, then back in reboot mode I'll be to lose the rest in September.
