Love this combo in full fat/giant size form (all wrapped in puff pastry, obviously), but made myself a satisfying snack-sized portion today for 155 calories. So easy!

1 trader joe's mini brie bite (70 calories)
1/2 tbs smucker's seedless raspberry jam
12 snyder's of hanover buttersnap pretzels

Put brie on microwave-safe plate and top with the jam. Microwave until gooey (you may want to make an x on the top of the brie first and kinda shove the jam in there). Scoop up with pretzels and eat like a hungry hungry hippo!

I love buttersnap pretzels because I LOVE butter. In this case I think it really helped add that puff pastry flavor I love in the full sized appetizer.

I've never heard of buttersnap pretzels, but that sure sounds yummy!

They're really good! 1 serving (24 pretzels) is only 120 calories!!!!

I've never seen them in sticks! Something to be on the lookout for next time I'm food shopping... They're my favorite sub for things like movie theater popcorn and potato chips.
