Hello,
So I started IP March 18, 2013. My first week I lost 10lbs
I'm half way through my second week and lost 3. And that's ok because I know it will drop off, plus I'm due to start my period shortly and I always gain a few pounds right before..so I'm hoping few days after it starts I will see a larger drop in weight.
I've heard of so many success stories and I hope to include myself in them soon!
So far foods I LOVE:
- Maple Oatmeal
- Strawberry Waffers
- Southwest Puffs
- Chocolate puffs
- Wild berry Yogurt drink
- Piña colada drink
- cheese and broccoli soup
I'm sure I'll be adding to the list
Stuff I'm not fond of and won't get again!
- Butterscotch pudding-was surprised as it smelt so good!
- Dark chocolate pudding..too pasty
- cheese omelet ..texture was just wrong!
