I have been adding coconut oil to my morning shake/smoothie to get that added fat in since I find it hard to use the oil olive besides what I use it to cook with. Is this going to set me up for failure?

i use it.
It was my non-negotiable when I first met with my coach.
From my reading, it is way healthier than what they are asking us to do.
I only use it in IP P1 sheet amounts, however.

The reason WHY using coconut oil vs olive oil won't hinder your fat loss efforts is that calories dictate fat loss or gain.

Personally, I take fish oil. If you were to make an infomercial about the health benefits of fish oil it would be hard to believe.

Why IP doesn't sell it's own branded version of "Ideal Fish Oil Mega *****in Complex" is beyond me. They're definitely leaving money on the table and no doubt would improve the health of their dieters.

Wow! Great link to the info on fish oils. I give it to my kids for their ADHD -- look at all the many other things their benefitting from! Thanks for sharing

I buy mine from tropical traditions. I use both gold label and green label
