My fave right now (and has been for a while) is baby spinach with thinly sliced red onion, strawberries, goat cheese crumbles, maybe a few slivered almonds, w/ balsamic vinaigrette. Sometimes just balsamic if I'm watching my fat that day.
I lost 15 lbs in the months leading up to my wedding, and gained it all back in the aftermath! Time to get back to that better weight!
