Question I need advice!

I have the dreaded stomach bug. How badly would saltines throw me off? I'm in my third week of IP and have been 100% OP. The thought of any veggies or meats for dinner is awful. All i want is some saltines and my bed!

dont worry about IP right now. Get well and then go back on program. A few saltines wont hurt you and may help you feel better quicker and then be able to go back OP. Right now ur not OP becuase of the bug and eating things that may make u nauseated again wont help ur body!

You want the salt from the saltines
Try some sugar free Gatorade or propel. This will give you the electrolytes. Also chicken boullion.
These have been my go-tos with tummy bugs since I did Atkins 10 years ago & don't have things like saltines in the house

The Gotorade would be my recommendation. The sugar free kind and maybe some broth

Last time I had the flu I had saltines & a glass of diet ginger ale and it didn't effect my numbers. Just don't eat the whole box

GET WELL SOON!!!!

Powerade Zero is good as well (actually recommended by my coach).

Powerade Zero would be my recommendation, too. Someone recommended it to me last week on Day 1. Bless them!
