Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: My love for cheese on everything.

Following any specific plan: using the app Noom to count calories and trying to eat clean.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I want to lose weight but I also want to change my lifestyle. I have been a vegetarian for the last 11 years and I want to be a healthy one. I have made the mistake of replacing meat with pastas and lots of carbs.

Anything else you would like to share with us: I don't have the best self control so I'm glad I found this site. Just looking threw the post has helped a lot.
