Default 30 pounds down!

6 weeks on medifast and I have lost 10% of my body weight! I had decided that week 6 I would have a cheat day, since its NCAA tournament time...but nope...I am staying strong! Yay!

I keep "planning" a cheat day but 8 months going strong! Feeling thinner is way better than any food!! Ok, well maybe not, but I don't want to cheat once as I don't know where it will lead!
