Default So Happy I Am Sobbing! 20 Lb Loss!
Maybe it's from watching 3 hours of Say Yes to the Dress, maybe it's from TOM or maybe it's from reaching this mini-but-huge-goal BUT I CAN'T STOP CRYING!

I feel like I've been in the 190's FOREVER and I gained a tonne over this period. I just weighed in now, for shits and giggles in the evening, and saw 189.7. I gasped, I started to cry, I ran to get my camera, I cried some more, and I came online, while still crying.

You know when you just have a mental hurdle and you wonder if you're capable of moving forward? Even though you've come so far, but you doubt yourself??

BUT AS OF TODAY, I WEIGH 189.7 LBS. I HAVE LOST OVER 20 LBS SINCE NEW YEARS. I AM SARAH KELLY AND I AM AMAZING. I am so frigging proud of myself and so frigging grateful to all of you ladies and wishing so frigging badly this website would let me use the real word instead of frigging!

TWENTY POUNDS, LADIES! I even get a new dancing carrot man and get to open a letter from my man. And new pics!

Off to get some kleenex

U made me chuckle. Cute. Congrats thats fricken fantastic! Normally I would say it was Tom but it was just that u r awesome. Now weigh in the morning after 30 mins of waking for an even lower weight. Lol if I wait those 30 mins without eating I usually drop .4-.6 from just waking up weight.

THANK YOU And yes, Stephanie- the 190's were awful! I was so glad to be in Onederland but it just felt so close to 200. I have a barrier now and I like it Thanks for the love and support, everyone!
