Try this site. I have not tried it but will put the info as I printed it from another web site.

"They have recipes you can just click on and the original version will appear to the left of the screen and the low fat version will appear on the right side of the screen.

If you have a favorite recipe, just type it in and they will make it over to low fat and e mail it back to you."

I hope this works. Also don't forget you can buy Mastercook computer program that has recipes. You can change them with different ingredients and get the new nutrition info. You can put in your own recipes and get the nutrition info also. Cooking Light has a Mastercook program.
