Hi. I started my own version of the Optifast 800(5-6 shakes a day) yesterday. I am seeing a doctor weekly for bloodwork/weigh ins and will try this for 12 weeks. I started yesterday but I weigh in once a week on Tuesday and had lost 6 pounds. I am walking 5 days a week for 1 hour about 3 miles at a fast pace. I'm also drinking water-TONS of it.
