Thumbs up 2 - Teens!! Ahhh :)
For the first time in .... a long time.. I am in the 2 - teens. For over a year I have been stuck between 225-229lbs.. and as of this morning I am 219 I am only down 7 pounds.. but still.. I havent seen a 21# in a while!! I am super excited So I celebrated.. by working out for an hour and making HEALTHY pasta salad Now my next step.. ONEDERLAND!! I havent been there in about 5-7 years!
