Can someone please tell me the name of the cheesecake pudding that I saw someone ranting about. I don't remember the name to search for it.

Thank you

It's under the Weight Loss Systems brand. I think it's available under another brand as well. You can get it from Nashua. (And it's yummy!! One of my faves!!)

Oh yes. If you read through the Alternative products threads, there are many brands that carry products we can use, including WLS. You just have to match up the nutritional content (because not ALL products are necessarily IP safe within a brand).

-Less than 200 calories
-less than 30% calories from fat (multiply the fat calories by 3, if it's less than total calories it works)
-8g or less net carbs is an unrestricted item
9g-16g net carbs is a restricted item
17g net carbs is a super restricted (twice per week only) item
above 17g net carbs is too high for Phase 1
-at least 12-15g protein per serving

LOL

It's still a protein powder product, so it's not going to be just like cheesecake.

But it's close enough that it scratched that itch, it gets firmer than the puddings and has that texture to it.

OMG! I have been soooooo craving cheesecake for the past month. I am going to have to find that pudding!

I notice that I miss textures in food more than I actually miss flavors. Interesting huh?

CHEESECAKE NIBBLES with CHOCOLATE CRUST

1 packet Chocolate Soy Puffs
1 Packet Cheesecake Pudding

CRUSH your packet of chocolate soy puffs...and add to a small bowl

SPRAY your little MINI MUFFIN PAN with non-stick spray

then SPRAY GENEROUSLY with butter spray

MEASURE OUT 1 ROUNDED TEASPOON
of your crushed chocolate soy puffs into each muffin hole...
and SPRAY AGAIN with a spritz of butter spray

PRESS DOWN with the back of a spoon

ADD your pudding dry mixture into a small bowl
ADD 3 TBSP (tablespoons) EAS VANILLA or Milk
ADD 3 TBSP Egg beaters

MIX well

MEASURE OUT 1 ROUNDED TSP (teaspoon)
of pudding mixture into each muffin tin

you will really need to scrape your bowl clean to get enough!
but fill all 12 tins!!

next, don't try to spread, just tap the pan down on the counter
a few times to settle the pudding into the holes

BAKE 325 for 12 mins. do not overbake.

in the meantime you can make some toppings!!

some suggestions:
CARAMEL MAPLE TOPPING

I mixed a little WF Caramel Dip and some WF Maple Syrup
and put in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften
stir and you have a delicious CREAMY Caramel Maple topping!!

RASPBERRY TOPPING

i mixed a little WF Raspberry Spread with a tiny bit of EAS Vanilla
and put in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften
stir and you have a delicious RASPBERRY CREAM Topping!!!

all done and looking so yummy!!!

they came out PERFECT!!!

THE CRUST sticks perfectly!! and stayed crunchy!!

YUM!!!

you can just turn them upside down and DIP into
your favorite topping!!

but seriously, they are DELICIOUS plain!!!

WANNABiTE?????

ENJOY!!!!

Makes 12 mini cheesecakes: or 2 servings of 6 mini cheesecake nibbles

Your recipes always look amazing, Rainbow!! I'm cooking challenged myself, so about as sophisticated I get with mine is adding a little WF chocolate or caramel sauce on top.

I accidentally ordered the Healthsmart brand. Not nearly as good as get WLS. Won't make that mistake again

The cheesecake bites look delish...but the cheesecake is also amazing plain. Just pour the powder in the bowl, mix in the cold water with a small whisk, cover and let chill in the fridge.

You can also pour a bit of WF chocolate or carmel syrup on top.

It's one of my favorites
