Hi I am new to this forum. I would like to know if there might be any vegetarians onboard here? I need to lose 120 lbs, and needs lots of support and motivation, and I would like to share the same.

I am not a vegetarian.. but I know that there is a thread for that way of eating. Jump on into that thread and ask for help. That is what this forum is.... WONDERFUL !!

Hello Damodara.

The tickers will come in time. You have to have at least 20 posts and need to be here at least 20 days. Then when you go back into you usercp you will see the wonderful info about doing a ticker
