Default Almost met my mini-goal
Bluejay suggested mini goals when I first joined the forum and I am one pound away now from meeting mine. Mini-goals work a treat! I hope to have lost two stone (28 pounds) from my starting weight before I go to a dance party on Saturday night. I hope I make it.

Then it's on to another mini-goal. I should have my signature on the same day as the party, so I am going to shoot for another 28lbs of loss.

Sweet dude you gonna invest in some tickers? I like Lillyslim just because their smaller... There is some kind of satisfaction when you get to nudge down a ticker. Wow I just realized we started at almost the same weight. Woot!

Congrats Ian.

I was shooting to be under 300 by the time I had to fly up north. It didnt happen (Im leaving Monday) Kind of bummed, but I will get over it.

Thanks Fit dad 2b. I did dance a lot and appear to have dropped a pound (or two) this morning. I like your blog by the way. I read it!

And thanks Bluejay for the signature idea. It became active today. A very nice present.
