Default holy bananas

Just curious if anyone else has intense cravings?
I honestly crave bananas and it's really to the extreme. I don't eat any of the banana Ip products because they are dreadful. But literally when I had my break down the other day I ate 5! And I still want them. I have increased my potassium supplements but it's not doing much.
Funny thing is...I really don't even like bananas.
Anyone else have anything similar, or advice what to do?

Banana extract flavoring for your vanilla pudding or chocolate drink? I think you can get sugar free syrup in banana flavoring as well.

Bananas are very high on the glycemic index and are weight gainers, containing a lot of sugar.

When you stop eating sugar, the candida in your cells begin to crave anything that will quickly restore the yeast levels. Yeast is formed in the cells from sugar, and yes, even fruit sugar when it's high glycemic.

I would recommend doing some electrolyte drink that is flavorful (Crystal light, Mio, Powerade zero) and drink some tea that will help to kill the candida in your cells so that your sugar cravings subside and you don't have another break down.

Home brewed yogi tea is a great option for this. Also, add 20 drops of black walnut hull tincture to a cup of tea or smooth move to release candida faster and more effectively.

I would love to learn more about this Yogi tea and the walnut hull tincture and their benefits. I did find smooth move tea and have been using twice a week although box says once a day?? I have definately had my issues with the Y. I was actually taking diflucan pills to ward off the chronic issues that I believe were timed with hormonal cycle after many years of wondering the cause. I seem to be mostly better now and only take diflucan once in a while... fingers crossed

I know sugar may be the culprit, but my mom gets wicked banana cravings when her potassium is off and she hates bananas too. I know you're taking your supplement, but it might be worth checking that to see if that's more off than you think

The black walnut hull tincture can be found online (vitacost.com has best prices) or at a natural food store, whole foods, etc.

Add 20 drops to each cup of smooth move tea. BWHT is also used to kill parasitic infections, which is a large contributor to yeast population in cells and what they feed off of.

You don't need to do it everyday, otherwise you can throw off the good bacteria in the body. You'll recognize when the body's yeast level begin to normalize. A good probiotic can be taken to restore good bacteria in the body as well and minimize candida.
