Default low energy
Does anyone experience low energy? I can understand the natural high of knowing you are losing weight, but I feel too lethargic to even go for walks.

I am having low energy too but I hear it is normal in the 'early' stages of IP. I am on day 6. I hope it gets better...for you and me!

My coach suggested taking a second potassium pill with the second meal of the day and have been doing it ever since.

Feel a lot better with the second pill.
