Thumbs up Back on track! 5% for greater success!

Wow! I see I haven't been on since September! I found out I had a torn meniscus in August and had it fixed in October. So dumb thing...I went back to work three weeks after surgery. This means it basically took a lot longer to heal. I am a nurse on a busy medical/surgical unit. So the 34 pounds I lost are still off (woo hoo!) but I havent progressed since then. I think a lot of it is because I haven't had much energy for much more than working. Eating carbs for energy to combat fatigue hasn't helped much either. Luckily things are much better now and I am ready to get back on track. back to the 5% plan that helped me lose over 30 pounds. I just bought Richard Simmons HOPE 90 day system. So I am excited! I am also gonna jump start with a trial of Nutrasystem food to help with serving sizes etc. I still have 61 pounds to reach my first goal and 5% of that it is appx 3 pounds! Doesn't sound too intimidating! see you all soon! J

Good luck on your goal! It is good to see that you make small attainable goals and don't set yourself up for failure. I'm cheering you on!
