I lost a pound already. This is why I love Atkins, Day 4 and already seeing results. Right now I am eating the toppings off of two slices of pizza for lunch. I was treated to lunch today. Yummy.
LOL Love pizza toppings. I just cook 1/4 cup of Rao's marinara (3 carbs only) with some sausage or pepperoni in a pan until warmed up. Then top with Moz Cheese.. Yum Yum YUM its my Friday night treat.. LOL
Good for you losing a lb. My scale has gone back up these last few days. It reall shouldn't as I have so much to lose and am walking every day. I am eating mostly meat tho.. protein about 3 oz cheese and maybe 2 cups romaine.. Fat with cheese and ranch dressing. So I should be losing. but not.. oh well... it will come off.

Yes me too! and you will probably have one of those big wooshes when u least expect it! I'm gonna look around for the food diary thread and started posting my meals in there. I'm sure there must be one in atkins.
