Default See ya 130's!

I see we were shut down for being over the post limit so time for a new thread. I havent weighed in for a few days because I was too busy but was pleasantly surprised this am. I am at a new low and a mini goal.

134.4!! I am so happy to below 135 as it took a while and I am hoping to end this month under 130 so I am finally moving in the righ direction.

Sarahlynn - Congrats. Great job!

I weighed in at 131 today. The lowest weight I've been in almost 6 years. I know I'll bounce up a little as I went to Bikram yoga yesterday and some of that is water weight, still put a smile on my face when I saw the scale this morning. That makes my weight loss exactly 15 pounds! yay!

Sarah~ Congrats!! That's an exciting milestone.
Dottie~ You're so close! Keep it up.

Weighed 130.4 again today... That's okay. I'm suddenly experiencing better body image, so seeing that number again still leaves me contented. lol

132.5 this morning. Had hoped not to go up that far but glad to not see 133. I have to remind myself that slow & steady is good.

Stepped on the scale partially clothed and saw 130.0... So of course, I eagerly strip down to try again. lol 130.2!! Then 130.0 again... sigh. I always feel so close, yet so far away...

136.2 wtf??? So frustrated!! I honestly thought when I saw 134.8 that I had finally broken 135 for good. I am really hoping that it is just water retention from the extreme humidity the last few days because I certainly havent been indulging or anything like that and my clothes are looser than they were so the woosh must be on it's way.

131.8 this morning. I feel like I did a good job restraining but not overly denying myself this weekend. Having a smoothie for breakfast and eating a bit light today as a friend is making home made macaroni & cheese (yum! but gah! high in calories) for dinner.

Astrild - You're getting there! I once stepped on the scale after going to bathroom thinking I'd be slightly less and was disappointed to be up .5 lbs!

maymarza - Nice work!

Sarahlynn - I also bump up a little near ovulation. I know you said in the past you were breastfeeding so that may not be the case. I agree it sounds like you're getting close to a whoosh. Keep up the hard work!

Astrild you are so close!!! I know you will see 129.something any day now you just need to focus and not let anything get in your way.

DottieMae you are doing great and that is great that you are planning or day around the indulgence for dinner so that you don't end up sabotaging yourself with way too many calories.

I was 136.2 again this am but the humidity is still high here and I know my ahem system is out of whack. I am going to eat light and drown myself in water today and see if that helps.

Hi everyone!

I'm joining. I weighed 140 this morning, but planning on getting into the 130's this week. Just started 1200 calorie counting again today. Will work out 5 days a week (mon-fri).

Ate 1200 today, and did a Zumba class.
Have not been able to get past the 130's since having my 2nd baby. I'm determined to do it!!! Hopefully this thread will help

131.6 on Friday, but scared to weigh in after my weekend visiting my sister - definitely wasn't on plan! :-(

Kinda perplexed but I'm not going to get upset - for some reason I had a big, unexpected whoosh this morning. I've been on plan but not overly stringent. I'm at 130.3. We'll see if that holds tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Sarahlynn - You have the right idea, water, water, water. You will see it move down soon!

kifli - Welcome! I am in the same boat, although first child. I have not been able to get below 130 but I am so close. You can do it too!

LovelyAndLosing - Don't hesitate to jump on the scale, at least you will know where you are (or aren't) and refocus if needed. I'm sure any blip up will be erased by a day or two of being on plan.
