Near the beginning of each month, chicks set targets which are consolidated and a made a closed sticky. At the end of the month, it is unlocked and folks may post their results.
The target thread in the non-sticky section is for folks to post their initial target. I delete the postings in there as I add them to the sticky. We do not do daily or weekly check-ins although weightloss is sometimes mentioned in the daily thread.

I went down almost 2kgs (around 4lbs) and although it's not as much as I wanted I am happy with that progress. As I have a lot to do in March and am away on holiday for 10 days I would be happy with 1kg less or at least not putting on any way.
UGH - well if we count pounds down from the MAX of the month, I might have a chance. Yes, I gained this month. Out of control. I haven't been planning/posting recently and that is usually the first sign of a bad month...
