I've been on the IP diet now for a month. So far, I'm pretty happy with it. It's nice and easy to follow. Lost almost 17lbs and 8inches total, and I can see and feel the difference.
Anywho...I get stuck with the veggies, and sometimes find it hard to get my 4cups in a day. They veggies I love, I can't have
.....so it's down to brocolli and onions lol.
I've tried a few difference recipies with cauliflower (bread and rice), and maybe it was me, but I wasn't too keen on it. I am going to try roasting it, as I haven't yet and heard that that can really change the taste.
What are some tips or great veggie recipies to help me keep my veggie intake up? I've stated following along here and on IP - Finland Facebook page, and I've got the recipe book as well.....they are all great for meats and IP packets....but I still get stuck with the vegetables.
