There are a variety of different issues that can affect the scale including water rentention and constipation for example. Give it a couple more weeks and as long as you are 100% OP the weight will come off. I'm just about to end week 5 and looking at zero this week myself.
Can you handle or tolerate fish? Might be a change for protein.
