Good morning IPeeps!

I got some new alternatives yesterday that I'm excited to try today. I did try the quest bars yesterday and they were yummy. Today it's the healthsmart honey nut cereal.

I'll be out of town for a confernce next week and was trying to find carry on friendly non-restricteds that are ready to eat. So far I'm loving the quest bars.

I too just tried the quest bars. I found the texture to be a bit chewy, but not too bad.
I am planning on switching to alternatives soon and an looking for a good tasting CHoCOLATE SHAKE MIX. Any reccomendations??
I did read the alternative forums, and I took notes but I must have forgotten to take notes on choc shake mixes. Lol!!

Morning y'all. It's going to be a gorgeous day here in San Francisco, high of 68 to 70 degrees. Starting of with my cup of coffee and snuggling with the puppies while I answer emails. Hope everyone has a great day!

Ohhhh now I can't wait for my Quest bars to arrive! I ordered them a few days ago online.

Today... I feel skinny! It's a good day. Love that feeling first thing in the morning. After no weight loss for 9 days, I've dropped 5 scale pounds in 6 days. (Yes, I weigh every morning)

Another busy day for me. Making sandwiches with the evil rotisserie chicken for the hubby and kiddo. (Lisa should get that one)

I think I'll have a hot coffee this morning (as my house was pretty chilly) and then maybe a chocolate/spinach smoothie for my morning protein

Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL day!!!

Lately, I've been having a restricted for breakfast. It helps with the hungries until lunch time.

I love the Proti-thin hot chocolate from Nashua Nurtition. It's good hot or cold.

Those skinny feeling days are the best.

Morning, All -- Nice to see everyone chipper this morning!

Big bummer about the rotisserie chicken, but can't say I am surprised. I am finding that there is much more cooking/prep on this plan than I initially gave it credit for. Very few, if any, convenience foods seem to apply. Oh well.

Do you all reward yourselves for mini-goals reached? I decided to reward for every 10 lbs. (So I got my first reward after week 1, LOL.) I think, to keep my eyes facing forward and not focusing on a smallish loss this past week, I will do a little virtual shopping for my next reward. I don't know what it will be, but it will be something fun, frivolous, and just for me! . . . Oh, and I s'pose a little house cleaning is on my horizon, too.

Have a good day, all!

Good morning, it's another beautiful day in sunny Arizona. I have been out of the loop because of limited wifi where we are staying. What's the deal with rotisserie chicken? Is it injected with carbs? I have been staying op out here. My friend has been very supportive. We bring a little cooler with veggies, water and a rtd everywhere we go. Have a nice day!

Scale really didn't move uch today but yesterday it dropped two pounds so I can be patient. Everyone have a wonderful OP day.

Good Morning! I've been on IP since Oct and have done quite well. Lately I have been having pain in my lower side of my back and wondering if it's possibly my kidney? I have read that increase of protein can wreak some havoc on the kidneys but not sure if that's a myth or not? I have done the cleanse from IP as well as I drink a ton of water. If anybody has had this issue and can maybe point me in the right direction it would appreciated!
