I'm calorie counting using lose it.com. I love it one by default it makes you eat healthier because hey who doesn't want to be able to eat more, but it also still allows me to indulge in some of my less wholesome favorites by budgeting them in. plus its simple and does the numbers for you "I tweak mine" but with what it set up I wouldn't have to if I didn't want to. It has a large data base and also tracks nutrition and exercise also with a huge data base. Though I assume that the exercise isn't always spot on. It's got a scanner option to scan in nutrition info that it doesn't have and they award badges so it's fun. Lol as you can see I like it .
