Talking re motivated!
So I've been a little discouraged because I've been stuck between 176 to 179. So I got out the tape measure and measured my waist at 32inches. I wasn't too impressed until I got on sparkpeople this morning and saw I had a waist measurement last April of 37.5! Woohoo! Inches lost was not something I was planning to track but I sure do feel ready to keep fighting the fight!

Good for you. Aren't you noticing it in your clothes? I'm tracking everything that will possibly, maybe, potentially provide a clue that I've lost something!

I am but then I go close shopping and I'm still buying the same size. They just fit me now lol. I refused to shop in the plus sized section so I'm not sure what size I actually got up to.
