Smile First week down ideal protein
Just finished my first week of IP. Amazed at results, I know all the weeks won't go this good -16.2! I look forward to hearing and reading about others success stories!

Congrats to you, this is the beginning of a journey you will not regret at all. Enjoy every step of the way, learn from your past experiences and make this a positive one. Keep your chin up when you do have those small or no loss weigh ins. Over the last 97 weeks my average has bee 2.45lbs, I have had gains for whatever reason, no losses or very small losses. everything adds up, stick to it 100% and you will have amazing results!!
