Thumbs up 20% gone (35 lbs)!
I've been looking forward to this for a while but I was surprised how early it came! I have officially lost 20% of my starting weight or 35 lbs!

I was at 139 until Friday and suddenly dropped down to 137.2 yesterday and stayed there today ! (I just started daily weighing-in this month so I'm finally noticing the TOM whooshes)


...now that I'm at 20%, I'm tempted to lower my ultimate goal to 30%...but I'll wait until I reach my current goal to make that decision

Congrats on getting so close to your goal! I too am not sure about my goal weight in as DH has seen me at 170 and thinks I shouldn't go below that. However, I have set my goal at 165 which is what I weighed when I graduated from high school back in 1982.We'll see when I get close how I look. It doesn't like to see a woman that is so thin her chin pokes out.
