I've lost a 5 gallon bottle of water or GROSS an average human leg. OR 2 automobile tires!!! Now that's perspective. Okay even more perspective.
1 stick of butter weighs 4 oz and I've lost 38.8 lbs. Are you ready? That equals 155.2 sticks of butter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I reach goal I will have lost 532 sticks of butter OR a newborn giraffe!!!!

Back when I was just over 80lbs lost, my best friends wife made a comment about haw she had struggled getting two 40lb bags of fertilizer to her car that day and compared my weight lost to the equivalent of two bags of Sh*t! I thought it was a pretty good reference... At 3 bags lost and still going!
