Kicking It Up A Notch - Pros and Cons
I'm almost 3 weeks in and down 10 pounds. I only made it to the gym 1 time this week so far and I weigh in on Wednesday. (My weeks run from Wed - Tues).
This week, after re-watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead, I want to push myself to try juicing for 10 days. I've been doing some partial juicing over the last 2 weeks and I've seen some results as far as numbers on the scale. I'm also weight training 3-5 days per week and cardio whenever I make it to the gym.
What are some of the pros and cons of an all juice diet for 10 days? I'm about 90% sure the documentary had a bias, so I want to know some additional facts.
To those that just don't want to juice or just don't like it, that's not what I'm looking for. I want hardcore data as to why or why I should or shouldn't do it. Thanks in advance.
