Wonderful!! It helps to see others progress.
I'm stuck and not doing well. I think depression is a lot of it. I lost both my companion of 20 years and my mom in November. I can't seem to do much more than put one foot in front of the other. I've been to the doctor and am taking an anti-depressant, so I'm sure it will get better with time.
I'm hoping to do better next week.

Default Hooray!

Great job! That's something to brag about all day.

"Welcome to CostCo"
"Thanks, I just lost 80 lbs."

"Welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order?"
"Nope, just wanted to yell over a loudspeaker that I lost 80 pounds."

Thanks, everyone!

TheWanderer, so sorry about your loss. Your grief is normal so don't beat yourself up over it.
