Can the snack bars take the place of one of the IP packets like soup or pudding or drink mix?

They count as one of the proteins for the day but are restricted so only 1 per day is allowed.

Since you can only have one restricted item daily and the bars are restricted - I will sometimes cut my bar in half and have at two different times during the day. I enjoy the little sweet snack!

Yes!! They are restricted (once per day) but nutritionally they are as balanced as all of the other IP packets. They count as one of your 3 products per day.

I eat mine for breakfast everyday. I love the taste and portability..plus I think its good to have the restricted early.
