Thumbs down Body Flex with Gymbar

Has anyone tried Body Flex with the Gymbar?
I saw Greer Childers on HSN selling this and it looked interesting, but wanted to ask if anyone had success with this product.

Thanks,

Randi

I bought the Body Flex-Gymbar about 2 months ago. Used it steadly for the first two weeks, didnt loose any inches but did feel stronger. I have asthma and have a really hard time with the breathing part.

Have quit the breathing part, but am still using the Gymbar--really like it. I walk each day, use the Gymbar exercises and do weights for my arms.

You can look on E-bay and see if you can buy this from someone else (usually cheaper than through the Body Flex commercial).

I would buy it again, just for the Gymbar.

I have been using Body Flex for a little over a month now, The first 2 weeks I used it every day. The first week I lost 9.5 inches and the second week i lost 6.5 the I didnt measure myself the 3rd week becasue i wasnt doing it every day like I was in the beginning. I get bored with the routine, so I do other stuff now too, I did measure myself today and have only lost 4.5 more since the last time i measured 2 weeks ago, so It just tells me that I need to do it more often. So I have lost a 20.5 inches on Body Flex in about a month.

Default Body Flex with Gymbar

Isn't it the breathing part that is supposed to be the key to this workout ?

That is what I thought - I also saw this on HSN and took that part away from the demo. I know my 75 year old mother has this product. I have not yet tried it.

Default Body Flex...

Yes, the breathing is the key to the whole thing. The firming that occurs with the stretching positions (as with the original BodyFlex routine) and using the Gym Bar are just the icing on the cake!!!

The aerobic breathing is the basis for losing inches.

I have been doing BF for over five years. At first I did it every day to help me lose 50#. Then I used it five times per week to help me maintain my loss.

Now I am using it daily again to help me lose the rest of my weight. I've lost 25# so far. It is only recently that I have started doing the Atkins program - before that, I did not change my way of eating.

Carleen-

That is WONDERFUL!!!

I have been doing Atkins for 2 years and really love the way I look and feel. I am at goal weight but am looking to do something simple in the winter months to maintain my weight.

I EVEN WENT ON AN ATKINS CRUISE AND LOST 3 POUNDS EATING GREAT FOOD!!!

Anyway, thanks for your post and keep up the great work!!
