Default Officially gave up artifical sweeteners today
I'd been slowly weaning myself off of it-I've been having coffee with just a bit of plain cream, and iced tea plain-for a few months, and today I dumped out the rest of my Splenda. I found it was hindering my weight loss and health efforts, as I would drink Diet pop over water and found it was making me feel hungry when I wasn't. Also I found it gave me headaches and bloating on occasion. So glad to be taking another step toward HEALTHY-not just weight loss!

I had to give up stevia...it was making my legs and feet hurt REALLY bad and feel really weak and sometimes they just wouldn't work.
