Default Do You Wear Shoes When Strength Training?

When doing a strength training exercise video (floor exercise, weights, using body as resistance), do you usually wear shoes?

Why or why not?

I don't because I prefer to be barefoot at all times

Yep! Barefoot for at-home bodyweight exercises. Regular running sneakers at the gym.

If you do HEAVY deadlifts and squats you should go barefoot or wear flat soled shoes like Converse Chuck Taylors for safety purposes. The compression soles in running shoes can be a danger!

Do you ever worry about dropping a weight on your bare foot?

Seems like it would be painful
