Rice (cauliflower) Pudding
1/2 packet of gelatin mixed with 1/4 cup water
1 packet IP vanilla pudding mixed with 6oz water
1 cup riced cauliflower, cooked
Splenda or stevia to taste (1-2 packets)
Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla or other flavoring to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and let chill. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
