Hey guys,
I have always been reluctant to post here, despite my weightloss over the last ten months or so. But enough is enough, I want to share! Although I am still too shy to post pics (I am paranoid that someone I know will see them ha!)
Anyway, as of this week I am 90lbs down from my SW of 223lbs, making me 133lbs!
My original goal was 150lbs - a healthy BMI. But I keep changing my goal, it's gone from 140lbs to 130lbs now. But I think I will definitely strive for the 120's while the weight is still coming off!
Today I did a spot of shopping and tried my luck with a bunch of UK10 (US6) clothes for the first time - I was pleased to find out that they all fit me! Yay for vanity sizing right?
The items in question were 1 x non-stretch denim shorts, 2 x skirts, 1 x skinny jeans and 1 t-shirt
I can't believe it, I actually fit into size 10 clothes!
I've gone from a UK20 to a UK10 and this forum has been such an awesome source of inspiration. So I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that has shared the trials, tribulations and successes with their weightloss on 3FC. The topics in the goals section were what inspired me to sign up in the first place.
How did I lose the weight? Well I don't follow any particular weightloss program, I have just been making wiser choices along the way and calorie counting using MFP. I still have more to lose and I need to do some toning up, but I am so much happier with how I look (I
my collarbones) and my new found confidence.
