There's a site called sproutpeople I found sprouting/sprouted foods very interesting as well.
Any changes that get more fruits/veggies in your diet should be beneficial.
There's some great vegan/vegetarian sites out there, greenmonster, jazzyvegetarian, christinacooks is a teaching show on pbs that's great to get some ideas.
Not saying to go vegan/vegetarian unless you want to, just saying there's some great ideas you can incorporate into your lifestyle to get more veg in.
