Fat loss is an equation of energy. Energy is measured in calories. This is a fundamental fact that is often overlooked.
I am completely against juicing on the basis that to lose weight and keep it off you don't need to go on a diet you need to relearn how to eat. Good dietary habits is what you need. Drinking calories is a bad habit, in my opinion.
Eat your veggies. Eat your fruit.
