Sorry to be late to the party on this one but this is my go-to recipe which requires no squeezing or paper towels to get more moisture out because you are dry-cooking it in the microwave:

I really like it with basil instead of oregano and I top it with low carb bbq sauce, chicken, a little cheddar, pepper jack and mozz mixture and sliced red onions.
I also make several crusts at one time and then store them in the fridge for quick use. I haven't frozen them yet but that's my next step.
