Default Can I "juice" my breakfast the night before?

If I make my green juice the night before and refrigerate it for the morning commute, does it lose anything in the translation? It's just so much easier to prepare the veggies, juice, clean the juicer and everything else at night instead of in my rush to get out the door in the morning.

Thanks!

Yes you can prepare it the night before. I have many times! I actually prefer it after it has been refrigerated a bit.

Just make sure you're not storing the juice in something that will not affect the taste!
