. My crockpot is a lifesaver right now. Work is crazy busy and lunch is on the road just about every day. Healthy dinners are a must, as are breakfast beans and eggs to start the day.
Baby steps, getting back on track 2015. Moving the next 10 lbs by the end of the summer.
