PS Leens: what does MIL mean? And while I'm at it DH means? I have an idea about DH (dumb hubby) - but I don't want to offend any "smart" hubbies out there who knows maybe it means Dorky Hubby, Dingbat Hubby - Am I on track??????
it's like my momma has always said, "i wear an 8, but a 9 feels so good, i buy a 10." i get tickled just thinking about her. truthfully, i usually wear a 10, sometimes a 9w. my feet are soooo wide from going barefooted all my life. my dd isn't from ms, but i've rubbed off on her. she loves going barefooted too. also, i'm 5'9". my dd, who is 4, just pointed out to me last week that we are twins--"we both wear 10s, mommy." she is too cute, if i do say so myself.
I win the biggest foot contest. 5'9" tall and a size 11 wide. Anyone ever fight with a drag queen over the last pair of good 3 inch spikes? Anyway, now that I've lost a few, I can fit in a ten, but the 11 still stays on the foot.
I wear a 10 or a 9W also. My mom gave me some 11s though and I haven't had a problem keeping them on. I'm 5'7". In high school I was 5'8 1/2" but scoleosis (sp?) brought me down to 5'6". I gained an inch back by lifting weights a few years ago when I was on a tear to lose weight. I need to get back to the weights to gain some height and strengthen my bones. I found out a few years ago that I am osteopaedic.
I am 5' 6" and wear a size 9. I swear they are making shoes smaller because a couple years ago I wore a size 8. Any one elses feet still growing. Wouldn't you think they would stop I am 47 yr.
Pregnancy was fun for me, I already wore the biggest shoes you can readily find, and they were too tight. The hormones make the ligaments stretch and the foot can actually grow and not shrink back! Ugh.
