Default MRC OP Challenge 60 days

So I have gone 6 days on MRC which is a breakthrough for me in consistency.
Water
Protein
Plan - Yellow for 4, now blue
Journaling on livestrong.com
Exercise
Supplements and Protein drinks (4)

So who wants a 60 day challenge - All of February, All of March

Can we do it?

I've had my 3 HNS (a challenge for me as I really do not like them).
I also had one of the shakes for breakfast and couldn't drink the second one like we're supposed to (just too much sweet)
On plan for lunch and dinner and hoping for the scales to move.

It is weird how when I start losing weight, I start waking up earlier in the morning and going to bed earlier at night. I wake up now at 5:00 a.m on the dot and am ready for bed by about 9, 9:30.

Anyone else see their sleep cycles changed?

Default Sleep cycles changed - Ketosis?

Hi all,

I have been religiously following MRC starting with yellow and am on my 8th day of blue. The last 2 mornings I have been waking up suddenly at 5 am absolutely wide awake and full of energy. Previously I could not roll out of bed at 8 a.m.

I think I just hit Ketosis.

The signs (not sure if I have them):
-bad breath - ??
-energy - yes
-headache - occassionally and I NEVER have them otherwise - aspirin

Default Hnc

Hi Corismo,

I read your post and thought 2 things:

You are making it harder for yourself by not getting the drinks in - at least 3. They curb appetite and provide extra energy because they are pure protein. Also, I think they help you reach Ketosis because they increase your proteins and they cause you from losing muscle.

Many MRC recipes have HNC in them, you could also water them down a lot and finally there is chicken soup and other flavors that are not so sweet.

Best of luck.
