@chubbiegurl congrats on the over 30 lb loss! That itself is so motivating for me!!!!
Thanks that surprised me cause since I actually started again in November it has been 24lbs loss. I was maintaining at 152-4 for almost a year. But you saying that 30 made me feel better since hubby reached 30 this morning, men have it easier and sometimes I get a little jealous of hubby. Thanks.

In the past, I have always relied heavily on frozen diet meals. This time I am preparing my own meals and coming up with my own recipes. This is a HUGE motivator for me!

I'm of course motivated by my health. I have had issues with thickened endometrial lining - hormone sensitive stuff when you're over weight. I really want to get off that medication and be at a healthy body fat % and never look back. I am terrified of developing TII Diabetes as well. I just want to go to the doctor this fall and be proud of myself!!

On a more vain note - my biggest motivator is fashion. I never feel like I can dress for success because I'm too cheap to buy clothes at my biggest size (cause you have to get them from $$$ Lane Bryant and etc once you're a size 28). I wear scrubs every day even though it's business casual optional. I come home and instantly it's danksin pants and a t-shirt. I really want to enjoy clothes shopping, find great deals in a smaller size - and enjoy life! I think feeling and looking good every day is going to do wonders for my career advancement plans, and it's going to give me the confidence I need to go back to school for my masters.
