I like to bring a bag of almonds, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries to work with me to snack on. The almonds are crunchy and the cranberries a little sweet which I love
Sometimes I even throw in a few dark chocolate chips. It's best if you can buy it in bulk and portion out the bags so you always know how many calories in the bag (if you are concerned about calories that is) I also like to keep a couple of yogurts and a little container of hemp hearts in my mini fridge at work. That will usually tide me over until lunch. Apples too. Apples are an awesome snack. Presidents Choice makes a lentil chip that is pretty good too. Spicy pepper I think, then dip that in some spicy hummus dip... so tasty. 36 chips for 200 cals or so. Not bad.
Damn, now I have the munchies!!
