So glad to see this day here! I have been using an app on my phone to track my weight and it puts it into a graph. You can really see when you go into ketosis with that. Am so happy with the results I'm seeing. I have lost 24.4 lbs and am starting week 5. My pants all fit looser but I look forward when I'm in a size down. I guess the lower region is taking longer to lose than the rest of me.

Nice job! That's how it was for me, I've lost mostly from the top down (although my FEET got thinner - I went from a tight size 9 shoe back into my 8 1/2s!!) It will happen!!

Awesome job!!!

-------------------------------------------

Happy Friday to all! I'm looking forward to a weekend off with family - kids have swimming lessons and haircuts on Saturday, then Sunday is church and Superbowl Party at my in law's. It's going to be more like the guys watch the game and the kids, and all the women work on our quilts What I find REALLY funny is that my sister in law already called and asked if I was going to bring rutabaga to make fries - I am converting them one veggie at a time!!!

A1Texan - YEEEE HAAAW Keep it up.

For all you newbies out there...it's Superbowl weekend. Don't forget to PLAN, PLAN, PLAN so you're not tempted to sabotage yourself! Pack up a little lunch box for yourself with veggies and foods you can eat and take it with you to watch the game! I never assume there will be something I can eat no matter where I go, and I always take food with me. Mind over matter

Great job!!! I took a little bit to actually go down a size but when I did I ended up skipping a size! I am not sure if this was because I was too nervous to try on pants when my originals were a little too big (I waited until they were almost falling off ). My shirt size has changed the quickest and the most drastic. Funny how we all lose differently.

WooHoo!!!!! What a great start to the weekend.

I am ready for Super Bowl weekend. I tried rutabaga for the first time this week and Love it!! Unfortunately I already ate it all, looks like a trip to the grocery store is on the agends for this weekend.

I've been eating P3 breakfasts for the past week and lost 1.6# this week! I have another week of P3 breakfasts and then we're off on vacation.

I'm so close to that 100#. We leave for vacation a week from today. I have IP bars and have portioned out 1 oz of nuts as snacks. I just found out that you have to sign up for a beverage package on the cruise! It's crazy! I'll get my money's worth in bottled water!!!

My sister loaned me her summer wardrobe for the cruise. I've already tried things on and tonight plan on going thru and making outfits. I tried on some dresses, they fit and looked at the size after and they were size 10!!

I just checked the website for the cruise and they have "body composition analysis" and will tell you the best excersizes for your body composition - sounds interesting, but they don't tell you how they do the anayisis. I'll check into it more when we're on the boat.

I've been off the site for a bit while things have been nuts at work. First let me say: lisa32989 -- your new pic is amazing. You look incredible--congratulations to you!

Down two this week, it's been a good few weeks thank goodness! Being now less than 25 pounds from goal is incredible. In 7 more pounds, I'll weigh what I weighed in high school!!

I leave soon for a 10 day work trip. I'm very nervous about all of the temptations, but I have planned well and shipped a lot of packets, talked to the chefs for my meetings and should be fine. I don't expect to lose while I'm away since I can't prepare my own food, but hoping to at least hold steady!!

Howdy everyone! I am back from my Doctors appointment and everything is 100% healthy and progressing nicely. I am actually 1 week further along than I thought - instead of 8 weeks, 2 days along I am measuring 9 weeks, 1 day - I got to see the little fluttering heartbeat on the ultrasound and everything looked good. I was going to wait until I was 10 weeks along to tell the folks, so looks like instead of a 2 week holdout I only have 1 more week to go...I was wondering why I seemed to be getting symptoms so much earlier! Dr. also reconfirmed that my running and weightlifting were 100% okay to continue since it's been an established routine for 4+ months now.

I am driving out to Houston in a few hours with my son for a baby shower. Staying with my mom at the hotel - doing my best to 'hide' the evidence! Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Many of us here use My Fitness Pal to track weight, measurements and food. I have the app on my phone which makes it SO much easier to log everything in!

I found that I lost quicker up top and my lower half is taking longer. Today I'm wearing a size 14 dress shirt and size 18 jeans. I started out in 26/28 shirts and 28 pants. Also, it took quite a few pounds for me to go down my first size. You are doing awesome - stick with it.

I found that I lost on Phase 3 when I phased out for vacation too! Good luck hitting the 100# and ENJOY your cruise!

Awesome news! So excited for you!

----------------------------------------
NSV for me this morning - I bought a couple of size 12 Lands End wrinkle free dress shirts on super clearance a couple of months ago. I tried one on this morning and it fit! I'm not wearing it (wearing a size 14 shirt that I dug out of my closet), but I'm pretty stoked. It's funny - I'm a daily weigher and my scale has basically been the same all week, but I feel like I'm getting thinner, my jeans are looser this morning, etc. It just goes to show, the scale does NOT tell the whole story.
