Anyone know a good one. My longest comfortable distance is 5 miles. Thinking of running a half in late April/early May. Anyone have a good training program or a good running app?
Wow, I too am looking at running a half marathon (in May) and also run a 5 miles pretty comfortably. Right now I am working through p90x and then I plan to hopefully train for the race when I finish that.
