Smile Just wanna share a few milestones!

I reached the 1/3 mark to my ultimate goal of 180 lbs. Over 60 lost!

I started running, I always wanted to be a runner! Began with c25k in August when I was still over 300 lbs. Did my 1st 5k race last month and another last weekend. This week for the 1st time I ran 10k. Not an official race, just on my own. I can't believe I ran 6.3 miles!

And since June 2012 I've lost 4 clothing sizes and over 50 inches from all over my body.

I still have a long way to go but my progress is so encouraging. Of course I'm looking forward to my goal, but I'm also enjoying myself along the way. I wish I had made these lifestyle changes so much sooner!

WOW! You are an inspiration to me because I started a lot further along in the 300s and am just getting to the point where I can walk on the treadmill for 2 8 minute sessions. To think that when I lose another 70 pounds that I'll be able to at least walk a lot further just seems impossible. Thanks so much for sharing and congratulations!

Great job!!!

Awesome on the 5k and 10k!! It feels incredible doesn't it? To know that you did the one thing you thought you couldn't?

Thanks ladies, it does feel wonderful! It would've been unfathomable to me when I started last June that I would've come so far. Running over six miles straight didn't seem possible. 7 months ago I couldn't run for 2 minutes.

Betsy- I find the treadmill harder, so you are doing awesome. Keep up the good work!

Congratulations to you on your running. Love the dress. Know you will be looking great in that dress if you continue as you are doing.
